One of the programs I use is Audacity. It can do a shit-ton of things with audio. And I use it for two things only:

• Splitting up long mp4 / mp3 files into shorter ten-minute chunks.
• Converting mp4 to mp3.

The rest is not of interest to me.

In order to really learn a program or system.. you must try to use it for EVERYTHING. Open cans with it; remote control the TV; fetch mail; download audiobooks…

You also need that thing Stephen King (and almost every author) call “What if…???”.

Could I write this recursive? Could I do it without using any vowel? Can it be done with one line of code? What if I only had ONE type (String).. no Integer, no Float, Rational, etc ?
